SUBJECT: T-mobile ‘telephone-service’.
The service offered by T-mobile for your home/business in place of a land-line phone is not “telephone service”. There is no connection capability for your burglar, fire or even medical alarm system.
We have made our best effort with T-mobile to remedy and find a means for their communications to be compatible. Based upon our conversations with their technical support there is no means available to accomplish a connection. I have sent this request to T-Mobile, but have not received any response.
You must therefore either keep and maintain regular telephone service or set-up Star-link service through Lone Star in order for Lone Star to provide the Monitoring service. The requirements are specified in your Agreement in section #8. A customer’s lack of telephone service does not void the Agreement.
